Review: Excellent barre for home use - After 30 years of not practicing ballet, I decided to get back to it. I chose to do it from home for now and this barre is perfect!! I went with the pinewood double barre black. I wanted actual wood, and after contacting the seller, they told me to choose the Pinewood. I know some reviewers complained that it wasn’t real wood. That means they picked the coated version. The barre was very easy to assemble. I am very happy with the overall quality. It is fairly sturdy and has non slip pads so that it doesn’t slide. However, expect it to wobble a little bit if you put too much pressure on it. I wouldn’t recommend it for a business unless it was for little ballerinas.

A: I just received this week and I have this same issue! I have emailed them in hopes they will mail me replacement bars with both holes drilled on the brown bars.

A: Hello, 
Dimensions are:

• Max height: about 43 x 44 x 31 inches (LxHxD)
• Min height: about 43 x 27 x 31 inches (LxHxD)

**Q: What is the adjustae height range?**
A: The max height from feet to top bar is 36" or 3'. The lowest you can set the lower bar is 16'' from the base of the foot support. And the lowest the top bar can go, which is above the lower bar is 23" with roughly 8" between the two.

**Q: Does the extra support bar on the bottom of the single bar version make a difference or is the version without the extra support bar just as good?**
A: This depends on your needs. Choose the one without extra support if your intention is to practice balance skills, and choose the one with extra support if you prefer to rely on the barre more.

Overall, this is a beautiful ballet barre and the customer service was wonderful! I purchased a used one through Amazon and it arrived with a few missing parts. After contacting the seller, they promptly sent the missing pieces at no charge, which I truly appreciated. The barre was easy to install and looks great once set up. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because it can shift slightly during certain movements. That said, it’s not designed to hold a lot of body weight, so as long as you’re using it properly, it works perfectly well. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and would recommend it!
