These were pretty easy to install and we will give peace of mind if you have an area you're wondering is changing on your house.

Good crack monitors, especially when mounted with epoxy. They are difficult to mount when the wall is uneven. The offset results in a gap between the plates. The included screws are useless.

We had some cracks in our basement walls. Making sure it wasn’t a foundation problem the structural engineer told me to insert these cracks and monitor There will be deviations but overall you can get a sense of what is happening.

They work, but they do not include the little plastic pins that help you initially set them in the zeroed position, so they’re a little more annoying to install than most. They worked this time in a pinch, but next time I’ll spend the extra few dollars for the better ones.

The product have a little imprecision of scale during the positining between the 2 plates.

These worked as we needed them to, but we had issues with them not sticking to the walls so we had to use other adhesive.

Buyer beware: tried to buy it twice recently, both times I only received one crack gauge instead of 30 even though the label on the item stated 30pcs.

Fait le job. Pas très facile à fixer

Advertised when purchased as next day delivery, and still is at the time of writing this review. This is never going to happen as the took a week to come from France. Also expensive for the quality.

Yes, we had installed the necessary Cracking Monitors (totally two of them). It looks great.
