Expensive, and I had 2 that didn't work! *by N***A on April 21, 2026* This is such an incredible waste of money. I purchased this item but had to return it because it didn't work. I used the second one a limited number of times, and this one has stopped working, too. Even in the limited time, it did work, but it wasn't very useful; the unit heated unevenly, leaving parts of the items in the warmer cold. My mother had surgery, and I thought I would give it another try, as she was cold, and I thought it would be helpful to heat her clothes, especially her nightclothes, before she got into bed. The unit could not be turned off with the on/ off buttons, so I unplugged it from the wall. I just tried to use it now, and it won't turn on. Or, rather, there was a very fine light that flickered and then went out. Then...nothing...I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in... nothing...I tried the button numerous times...nothing. It appears that this is headed to the trash. This is such a huge waste of money. It is very expensive, and if it worked, I thought it would be worth it. It is out of warranty, so I am stuck; I'm out of a lot of money, and I don't have any way to heat the towels or clothes. Do not waste your money!
