Garden Elements Live Citronella Mosquito Plant - 4 Inch Pot - Chases Away Mosquitoes (Pack of 1)

I opened the small envelope reaches in and instantly regretted it. It was slimy and moldy and I had an immediate asthma attack. I was getting ready to call the post office to report that I had received a hazardous substance. So gross. I immediately placed their envelope in ziploc because whatever is in there set off my asthma. This is not a plant in a pot.

This came beautifully packaged & with such care. Follow the instructions they give you, they are in there 4 a reason. I transitioned mine outside gradually because the sun was pretty bright at this time of year so I didn't want to shock it as they had said also. I keep it moderately moist. I have repotted it and it is growing beautifully . it's still small but it's growing every day. I don't know how it works for mosquitoes yet but I will be finding out soon. LOVE this plant! OK UPDATE: this works beautifully, the 2nd picture is how it has started to really grow- LOVE THIS PLANT!

I had no idea you could buy live plants from amazon but apparently you can!This citronella has the most amazing smell! Strongest citronella we have had. It came packaged safely and is planted in its new home in Michigan 😀

I was having trouble finding a mosquito plant where I normally look(Home Depot, Lowe’s, Walmart), so I decided to look on Amazon. I was a little skeptical about the quality of plant that I would get, but to my surprise, it arrived healthy and green with absolutely no damage. I will certainly continue to buy plants this way in the future!

Plant arrived in good condition but it didn’t affect the mosquitoes, it does smells very good. Purchased mostly to get over with the mosquitoes though but overall good customer service. Thanks

It looks good and does its job, but is not growing very large. Could be the weird weather we have been having.

When you order a plant online it’s to be expected that it will come a little discombobulated but this was way smaller than it appears online. The smell is amazing and the packaging was pretty good but in my opinion it’s not worth $20. This plant is hard to find though so overall I am glad I bought it.

My plant survived shipping. It was pretty thin when I got it, but alive. After repotting, water and sun, it has gotten a little thicker..It does help with keeping the mosquito away. I just need 2-4 more.
