Saw some of the reviews saying it’s not suitable for Indian kitchen etc. it is definitely suitable for any type of kitchen with a counter top of max 30mm thickness. The neck of this is around 40mm. Typically for a kitchen the slabs are 20mm and then counter carcass is 18-20mm making the overall thickness around 38-40mm. You need to cut out a 50mm piece of the carcass and tighten it directly under the slab (granite or quartz etc). If you have a sink that has a tap hole, then it’s much easier to fix. All you need is to add another 30mm hole next to the tap hole. Cheers

This is by far one of the best products I've purchased for my new house. I initially bought only one for the kitchen sink but after using it, I wanted it for the bathrooms too. I had already purchased wash basins with tap holes in them so decided to install these dispensers in those and bought wall-mount taps instead. Worked perfectly as I saw this product before the bathrooms were completed. I have 8 of these installed in the house and everyone loves them. My only complaint, which is why I gave 4 stars, is that the finish on the plastic section isn't the best. The top, metallic part is well-finished but the plastic section has untrimmed sharp edges from the moulding which cut my finger during installation.

the product delivers exactly as per description. The item fits perfectly in franke sink. Assembling the product is easy & doesnt require any tools. They provide washers for snug fit. Refilling the dispenser is from the top.

The item was purchased on July 17th during prime day and got it for less than Rs 500.00 after all discounts It was so easy that I have fixed soap dispenser the very next day without any technical assistance. It perfectly works. It can pump the concentrated liquid soap easily. Compared to other products available in the market, it is the best for the given price range A few days later I got a confirmation call from the company regarding my online warranty registration. They have offered all possible help for any complaints arising in future I hope it will be a good purchase for the future

It is good product no doubt, but shouldn't cost more than 300/- Manufacturer and distributers to please take note.
