Effective BUT WATCH YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE!
Highly effective for bph! I noticed a large spike in my blood pressure while following the full recommended dosage...so although it gave rather complete relief to the Enlarged prostate issue...the blood pressure is of course concerning.

Very good product for Prostate bph and urinary health. have only been taking them for three days. But already has benefits of only getting up once during the night to go to the bathroom Before I was getting up 4 to 5 times during the night .Also it stopped burning urination. I have been taking only 2 pills 2 times a day and feel wonderful.

it works
it improves urine flow. it is better than saw palmetto or stinging nettle. i"am cautious and take 1/2 what they recommend still works excellent. possibably can cure enlarged prostate in this 80 year old man!

Small teapills easier to swallow can be taken Anytime with or without food.
