I was 5 when I got my ears pierced first time, that was a zillion yrs ago. Then 2nd time around age 10 I can’t remember. Back in those days we were always told to use peroxide. Well I got my third piercing 4 months ago. They gave me a special spray. It didn’t seem to do much. I switched to peroxide. Same didn’t seem to do much. Then I bought this H2O. About a week or longer after I started using it I started to see and feel a difference. My ears were hurting so bad basically from sleeping. It was constantly waking me up. This stuff seemed to heal my ears faster however my right ear just wouldn’t heal. I applied this H2O 3 times a day. I definitely started seeing and feeling a difference. Today my ears are better I’d say they are healed for the most part. It took almost 4 months. At this time I will NOT be taking these earrings out for many more months from now because I want to be sure I have no problems. The backs on my earrings are on so tight I’d really have to pull to get them off so that’s another reason. I think this H2O probably helped with a faster healing process I live in Fl and those of us who live here KNOWS the gulf water is very healing if u have cuts, rashes (some) etc.

Loved it! Multiple cans, easy to use and washes piercings extremely well. Helps healing, skin irritation, and keeping everything clean from dirt, skin, blood, or crusties. Using 2x/day for a week, Longevity of the 4OZ Bottle size is about a week but that's for multiple piercings. Fragrance free, good and safe ingredients with no irritants.

The spray does suck but this healed up my ear piercings that were taking forever to heal and were forming bubbles instead of healing well, worked better and faster than the brand my piercer gave me

Other than me not liking sprays, I love this product. The liquid I got from the tattoo shop was not working. My tragus was hurting, swollen and I started to get a bump on the inside. I found this and the reviews were great! I put it on multiple times throughout the day when I got it and the swelling instantly went down, it stopped hurting and it last long where I don’t have to use it as often as the one they gave me and it wasn’t even working. Also the one they gave me had no saline. The other thing I noticed with using this it dries out the area. I make sure I keep it moisturized after every use. Overall it’s still a good product!

I wish I would’ve got this sooner. Since I got my nose pierced all I’ve been experiencing are piercing bumps and irritation. It turns out it was the wound spray I was using with additives like tea tree oil, among other things. After two applications of this spray, I noticed a difference and by the second day, my piercing bump was almost healed completely. Buy this now!

I admit to being skeptical about this product but reading through the reviews I went ahead and bought it. I had a bad keloid in my left ear piercing before and after having my ear re-pierced. At first I used in a couple of times a day every other day. It healed the new piercing and my keloid actually disappeared. Now I just use it once a week or so, depending on when I change my posts or wire earrings.

Works great for keeping new piercing clean.

Would buy it again if I got a piercing or even just for cleaning my piercings regularly

Tolles Produkt. Ich habe mir vor 6 Monaten ein Doppelhelix stechen lassen, welches immer leicht entzündet war und schmerzte. Die hier üblichen Behandlungen mit Pronolind, Octenisept oder Tyrosor schlugen nicht zufriedenstellend an. Eine Piercerin in London empfahl mir dann vor vier Wochen, ich solle meine Piercings nur mit einer Saline behandeln, alle anderen Mittel würden die Haut zu sehr reizen. Eine Internetrecherche ergab, dass man im englischsprachigen Raum tatsächlich ausschließlich die Nachbehandlung mit Saline empfiehlt. Die kann man zwar auch selber herstellen, das wurde mir aber zu umständlich und ich habe mir dieses Produkt bestellt. Ich bin vom Ergebnis total begeistert, mein Doppelhelix ist nicht mehr entzündet und auch mein neu gestochenes Tash Rook Piercing verheilt hervorragend. Absolute Kaufempfehlung.

Used it religiously for a few weeks to clear up my un-healed helix piercing. This helped to clean the debris deposited and helped keep my piercing clean. 100% recommend this product.
