Perfect parchment paper!
This is perfect parchment paper it’s nice and thick and perfect size. It’s easy to get out of the packet and fits perfectly standing in with all the baking sheets.

Good parchment paper.
Excellent parchment paper. They are big sheets and easy to work on. I used these for a cake decorating class and they used them to practice pipping techniques and was able to easily scrape off the icing.

Fits a large cookie sheet

Got fed up trying cut gp paper, fighting with a roll that gets tighter toward the end. Sheets are so much easier. This size fits my oven tray but they do other sizes. Good quality, thick and strong. No need for scissors, easy to fold and tear. I find that torn in half or half again size covers most tasks. I'm being economic, e.g. a meat pie only needs a small piece, no need to cover the whole tray. Wrapping fish in gp paper stops it exploding in the microwave.
