I like this makeup a lot but when you click on the pump it gets stuck and the makeup goes everywhere on the first try. No matter what I do to unstick it it’s always stuck when I go to use it

I love this brand especially because I don’t like wearing much make up and this foundation is lightweight. They don’t sell it in stores anymore. I placed my order on the 20th it didn’t come till today. And not to mention the update wasn’t updating.
