Solid gauge

Pretty OK gauge. Slammed the bejeezus out of it in the hood, a heavy hood, that you have to slam to close. It survived. So 5 stars.

The gauge worked great. I was able to confirm that my hydraulic pump was still in good condition.

Can't really rate this gauge since it did not fit my needs. The gauge appears to be of good quality so I didn't return it. I'm sure I'll use it eventually

This 0-6000 gauge in beautiful and well made. I use it to measure the pressure on my pressure washer. It verifies if the pressure is correct which indicates whether the pump is wearing out. Recommend!

Very well made gauge. Since this is oil filled it is hermetically sealed. It will only tread zero, after you lift the rubber cap on top and let the air bubble inside and the atmospheric pressure at your altitude equalize. If you do not do that, it will show the atmospheric pressure at your altitude. This type gauge is ideal for flushing and vacuum pumping a vessel several times with a pure gas, to get rid of moisture and other impurities. Or to do the same for airconditioning piping and the like. This gauge is way better made than what I expected for the modest price. In the past I have paid 3 to 4 times for this gauge from reputable dealers, and the quality is - as far as I can tell - exactly the same. It being oil filled, has the great advantage that the innards won't be shaken apart by vacuum pump vibrations. The oil prevents resonance vibrations.
