So I got this Crystal Grey vase and was so disappointed, I packed it up to ship it back the same day. The vase had these weird really noticeable blemishes (3 of them) and it was as if the vase had been painted, but they missed some spots. Of course it wasn't painted, but obviously quality control was severely missing in its production. The reviews were great and I was expecting much more. I'm looking elsewhere, including on Wayfair. I gave it a two only because Amazon's return process is so efficient! Updated 3/24/23: The seller reached out to me after my initial review and apologized for my purchase experience and offered to ship a replacement vase free of charge. I accepted the offer and the vase arrived today. It was flawless and looks beautiful on my dining buffet. What really impressed me though was that he was so willing to make things right by a dissatisfied customer and he went out of his way to make me happy! That's customer service and it's so rare in online shopping these days. Often one leaves a negative review and you never hear anything back . . . I accept that my first vase was a one of a kind defect and that happens. But for this seller . . . Bravo and thank you for your excellent service, and a beautiful replacement vase!

Ich bin mit der Vase sehr zufrieden. Sie kam gut verpackt bei mir an, das Glas macht einen stabilen Eindruck. Mir gefällt die dezente Farbe sehr gut, sie sieht so aus, wie ich sie mir anhand der Produktbilder vorgestellt habe. Die Größe ist optimal für kleine Sträuße. Preis/ Leistung ist hier super.

The colour I have is grey which looks different in light and shade which makes it an interesting vase to have. I love this vase as its tall enough for roses and tulips etc and holds a bunch of flowers beautifully with room to spare fitting on the window bottom or anywhere really . It comes wrapped in a lovely box making a great gift for someone. Really pleased all round with this vase .
