I've manually drilled, used this in my milling machine, and also in a mag drill. I'd say that's pretty diverse. I have ran Anchor Lube most of the time when using them, for whatever that's worth. Here's what I can say about them. They've held up great. I've had no issues, no chips, and the drill bits still are pretty dang sharp all things considered. The case is nice and I think this set will keep on truckin for years to come. If you need a good set of metric drill and taps that will get the job done, this set considers strong consideration. One tip is buy cheapish pilot bits for larger holes, and use that to remove a bulk of the material. That saves wear and tear on the specialized bits. I think I run like a 5/32 cobalt bit most of the time and then following it up with the proper drill size for the tapped hole I need to make. Will keep the tool for future use. Wide range tap sizes. Fit most scenarios. It saves my day. One engine mount bolt is broken. Can't retract it. Drill a hole on top of the broken bolt and tap a new threaded hole. Tighten a new SS bolt. Will drive the car for a summer vacation soon.
