Defective: lights up but does not charge
Lost my original battery charger for my Nikon Coolpix p610. Bought this as a replacement to charge both Nikon and off-brand batteries. Plugged the charger into an outlet and the green light turned on. Put a battery in, and the light stayed green. Weird, since the battery is out of juice. Left the battery (and all other batteries) in the charger overnight, hopeful that it might still charge them. It didn't. Worried that my batteries and/or camera had a problem, but I found my original (also off-brand) charger and she charges my batteries just fine and my camera is usable again.
