Review: Good stuff!! - This has become a staple in my household. I usually eat one third of the container in a large mug, with blueberry jam. If you mix the jam in with a mini whisk, it blends almost magically and is fun to do, honestly. I like having yogurt around also in case of food poisoning or anything of the like, as yogurt works powerfully to balance the gut. I would even say that it's the number one best thing for that. I had food poisoning once and everyone was recommending I take the charcoal pills, which did almost nothing, but as soon as I ate a relatively small amount of yogurt, I immediately started getting better. Now, I make it a point to always have yogurt in the fridge. You don't even really need that much to fix the gut! Also, there was a time when my neighbor was ailing. He's not exactly a health guru, and I'm not totally sure what he did to get himself out of sorts, but he was not outside walking the dog as usual and he said he was weak in the knees and almost fainting. I gave him a bunch of vitamins and two jars of this yogurt, one with the blueberry jam that I use and the other with just honey. Bam, he started feeling better immediately(!), thanked me profusely, then went to the store to get some food. This is also the only yogurt I've ever tried which can be eaten plain. I don't do that, but it's good enough that you can eat it plain, so that's a plus. I haven't done it yet, but this yogurt would be excellent in dips and toppings and salad dressings. It's just great stuff and I highly recommend this particular brand!!!
Review: It's great, but not if you expect it to taste like Greek yogurt - I use this product b/c it is approved for use on the Whole30 (anti-inflammatory) Diet, in place of dairy yogurt. It doesn't have much of a taste, but I eat it with fresh fruit, or defrosted frozen fruit, (ie, oranges, pineapple, peaches, berries), which adds flavor. I also tried Kite Hill Blissful plain & unsweetened Coconut-Milk yogurt (also approved for use on the Whole30 Diet), but I liked the Forager better. And, I felt better using the cashew-milk yogurt over the coconut milk yogurt -- it agreed with my digestive system. This cashew-milk yogurt does contain coconut-milk. There is also another Forager Cashew-Milk yogurt that has added Vanilla (lavender colored label) & it good also. I like Vanilla flavor, but you really do not taste it. Both of these Forager products contain "no added sugar" which is what make them Whole30 compliant.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality is excellent, as is flavor
*by C***C on June 18, 2026*

I have ordered this before because I really like the flavor. Although expensive, it is creamy and thick, and far better than any other non-dairy yogurt I have tried. i will continue to order this brand.
