Excellent throughout, even covers things like Excel tricks to clean up your existing data when porting from another database. Published in 2016, so screenshots and procedures exactly match the software. Almost 400 pages, reading this will get you going far faster than parsing through the Zoho online help system.Step by step instructions for virtually everything you can do on the system, Index and TOC are flawless plus there is an extensive roster of procedures indexed by page number-perfect for your yellow highlighter. Over the years, I have written a bunch of documentation, so I can appreciate what a monumental task this must have been. Newbies or experienced users, an excellent use of $40, will save you hours live chat with the folks over in Chennai, India.

A fantastic book on Zoho CRM - thorough, well organized, plain talking, spiral bound so it lays flat, and a great value. I'm going to recommend it to all of my customers.
