Effective for my athlete's foot.
I use this for athlete's foot and, buying by the pack, it's much, much cheaper. It does the trick.

My Theory Why It's so Cheap
My theory is that this is the real thing. It's the same as the much more expensive single ones you can buy in a store, with one slight difference: they've been batched into sets of five when they have less than 3 years of shelf life left. I think the individual ones in the store are the most recently produced and have a longer shelf-life (five years to expiration or so). When unsold (rather, undelivered to stores) and there is less than three years to the expiration date, they batch them into these sets of five. I have bought these sets of five twice now, and both times they had about 2.5 years left to the expiration date. This works for me because at the beginning of every summer I apply this to my feet twice daily for a stretch of four weeks. I do this prophylactically to prevent extreme dry skin on my feet, which I used to have and a clever doctor happened to notice who then pointed out to me it was the result of a fungus. At the end of the four weeks, my feet have baby skin. It's fantastic. It prevents all types of cracking and peeling for the rest of the year. I have been doing this for six years now. It works every time, and I have never had a negative side-effect such as rashes. To save money, I started buying these packs of five. People who experience rashes may have been applying it too thickly. You only need to apply a thin layer twice daily. Wash your feet first, dry them thoroughly, and then apply a thin layer. So, if you don't need much of this, buy a single one. You're paying more, but it will have an expiration date farther away. If you go through them before the expiration date is an issue, like I do, buy these sets and save yourself a lot of money.

good buy
If you have problems with occasional yeast skin rashes especially with all the warm winter clothing this is a product to use. Used to have to pay expensive copays for prescription one and it had other ingredients that was actually thinning the tender skin sites. ONe day they were out and pharmacy aid said you know there is a good over the counter product thats cheap and works and took me to shelf. This product is made by several manufacturers but with covid shopping avoidance I found these multiple box bundles on Amazon which are SO resdonable cost wise and gives a good supply from one shipment and work very well to prevent rash when used after a shower. I try to avoid prescription stuff whenever posible and have been using these kind for several years with good results. Never had athlete's foot which is advertised on the box, but yeast rashes are fungal so respond to the same stuff.

Same Name but Two Different Products
The distributor has this product manufactured in South Korea and in China. The active ingredient, 1% Clotrimazole, is the same for both manufacture countries. However, the inactive ingredients are very different for both manufacture countries. Because of this, I feel that these should be sold as two separate products. South Korea product inactive ingredients: 2-octyldodecanol, benzyl alcohol, cetearyl alcohol, cetyl esters, monobasic sodium phosphate dihydrate, polysorbate 60, propylene glycol, purified water, sorbitan sterate China product inactive ingredients: cetostearyl alcohol, ethylparaben, glycerin, light mineral oil, propylene glycol, purified water, sodium sulfite, steareth-20, steric acid I had a large tinea versicolor rashes that had developed on my back and chest. I had purchased this specific product based on my doctor's recommendation. The price is unbeatable compared to Lamisil / Terbinafine Hydrochloride cream. I had previously used Terbinafine Hydrochloride cream, and it works for tinea versicolor rashes. But, Terbinafine Hydrochloride cream is expensive, has an odor, and ends up drying and cracking the skin on my hands. I ordered the 5-pack of Clotrimazole cream on Amazon twice so far, but I did not notice that it was being sold from multiple sellers. I did not select a specific seller at the time of my purchases. When I first purchased this product, I had no idea where this product was manufactured because it is not mentioned in the product description. The first seller I bought from sent the product that was manufactured in South Korea. The product was easy to apply and absorbed well. I did not really feel the product on my skin I had applied it. While there was not really smell to the product, I could sense that I had it on. I went through the five tubes quickly because I was applying it to my chest and back twice a day. I only got about three applications per tube. The tinea versicolor rashes had faded significantly, but they were not fully gone in some areas. So, I had reorded the product. The second seller I bought from sent the product that was manufactured in China. The product was not as easy to apply because it was greasy and did not absorb well. As the product warmed up to my body temperature, it seemed to absorb a little better. However, I felt a little gross after applying the product because it does leave a sticky/greasy feeling to the skin. I also could detect a very faint odor from the product when applying it, but it did somewhat fade after it was applied. I did not like that this product contained ethylparaben, which is an endocrine disruptor. I'd give the South Korea product 5 stars. I'd give the China product 2 stars (-1 toxic ingredient, -1 cream is greasy, -1 cream has very faint odor). Since they're both under the same listing, I'm giving the listing 3 stars. The price is unbeatable, and the product works for tinea versicolor rashes if you apply it twice daily for a few weeks. The second order of the product was enough to get rid of the rashes. I am not sure if I would reorder this product if I needed to. I strongly prefer the formulation from the South Korea manufacturer, and I do not know which product would be sent if I reordered it.
