This item works just as designed. We had terrible problems with water leaking out of a shower with a low threshold. This keeps all the water where it belongs. No extra sealant, adhesive or caulk was necessary.

I like the material. It's easy to shape and cut with exacto-knife. It sticks well to finished hardwood floor. I haven't had a leak so cannot speak to water blockage, but see no reason why it would not.

Solution for shower sliding doors- we installed this part behind the glass door & adding silicone in the front. We Couldn’t figure out what else would work since the sliding door would hit the metal piece ?!?! Can’t even tell since it’s slightly hidden . First shower& or worked - thrilled

Works well, stays stuck, I thought it would be clear, it is white, and shower side is yellowing

Used additional silicone to make sure it would permanently stick to the floor, easy to use and retains water amazingly. Would buy again

When we built our “age in place” home we had a zero-threshold shower installed. Over the years the seam between the shower tile and the vinyl let water get to the subfloor and it cause it to rot. It is now repaired and this threshold will stop it from happening again. It is short enough that there is not a tripping problem and a wheelchair or walker should not have a problem either.

Like many have said, it doesn't stick well regardless of cleaning with alcohol and the promoter they send. Seems like a good concept but needs better adhesive.

Holding up good for now. We also put a thin bead of silicone on both ends and no water goes under it.

Was a good fix for the problem I was having.

It stops the water from running over the tub on to the floor when taking a shower
