Exact fit, same terminal locations. It a good direct replacement

Did Not Preform Well At All....
Did not work for replacing a 30 amp Telemecanique in our 5hp motor circuit. It Just chattered constantly arcing & smoking! Ordered original Telemecanique & installed and had zero issue. Wasted $50 bucks trying to save $60... Do not recommend this product.
