The manual is definitely an asset.  Although, I must come from the viewpoint of a senior citizen, and say that as a first time user, the complexicity of it all can be overwhelming if one does not know which information is more relative to individual issues.  As time moves on, and my needs get more defined, this manual and the internet become more friendly and usable.  M. Diaz

It's a very good book, I just don't enjoy having to use my phone so much.  Has a lot of good stuff in it i will never use though as I am not up on all this type of stuff.  Grandkids said it was a really really good book, just not for grandma.  They enjoyed it.
