I ordered this sugar bc I needed Swedish pearl sugar for a recipe I wanted to try for Swedish Chocolate Slice Cookies or “Chokladsnittar” from ATK. This sugar was a great value, I didn’t need a huge bag just a reasonable sized bag for this recipe and it arrived quickly. If you bake kanelbullar (Swedish cinnamon rolls), this is exactly what you need. It's just the right size with the right crunch and it doesn't melt in the oven. I've made my own pearl sugar from confectioners sugar, but this is so much more uniform (and a lot less work).
