This little device is a game changer! We change to giving smaller feeds more frequent, but didn’t really want to hook up the pump. We ended up getting the reusable pouches and making his daily food (Real Good Blends) in pouches. You’ll need to thin out some of the thicker blends if you have a smaller French size (we have 14F) but overall this has made our life sooo much easier. We wash it after every feed and it lasts us a week or more. It will last as long as you take good care of it. We leave the little tag on the tube part so we can Sharpie the date on when we started using it.

With these, I can connect ChooMee pouches directly to my PEG tube. This makes bolus feeds so simple. I can pull ChooMee pouches directly out of the freezer, quick thaw in a bowlof warm water or pack in a lunchbox with ice packs, then connect them directly and squeeze/push the food through. The clamp included on the BoLink allows for mess-free switching to the next pouch (as an adult I take 3 pouches per meal). Simpler than syringes. LOVE it.

Unfortunately this link doesn't work good for serenity kids.... The highest quality premade food pouches on the market in my opinion... It will leak really bad. Also a thicker food like something With lentils or beans, or any meat. It's extremely hard to push through the extension. It works great for Fruit and vegetable Blends.

Awful, you have to squeeze incredibly hard for a pouch to go through it. Tried with commercial pouches and the baby brezza homemade pouches. That was AWFUL. I had to squeeze so hard that the baby brezza pouches kept popping open and made a huge mess over my son, myself and the stroller where I was feeding him. I’ll stick to syringe feeds.

This is a game changer!! Makes it easier while on the GO!!! I’m so glade I found you!!!!

I tried to use it for the puree feeding of son through his g-tube. It didn't work. It was more the mess than what he got.

Absolutely love it! Can't recommend enough. Every g-tube family needs this!!!

I bought this hoping that they would work with the Kate Farms blended feeds. Sadly they do not work as well as they should. I have to push extremely hard to get anything to go through the tube. would not buy again.
