Overall it’s a good product. Lightweight and easy to put in and out of the car. The brake system however isn’t great. My mother is elderly without much strength, the breaks require you to push down to stop it rolling. This caused my mother to become scared that she would fall. The padding on the chair is also quite thin but can be rectified by carrying another

There was a broken clip for the front wheels. Can this be replaced ?? Also despite the sales pitch this has no brakes at all. I needed it urgently and am dissapointed.
