I recently had a blood test where my D3 levels were borderline low and my doctor told me to load up and get my D3 levels up then get another test. Before I could get the test, the coronavirus lockdowns occurred. When I started looking up what well respected holistic and integrative doctors were saying to help build a strong immune system, many recommended high dosages of D3. Numerous peer-reviewed studies show that regular (as in daily or weekly instead of monthly) dosages of D3 prevent or minimize the time and severity of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), which is what kills the coronavirus patients. So I decided that D3 should be part of my protocol. Research also indicates that the combination of D3 and K2 are really important for our bones. I also wanted my D3 to be free of any animal products. I was delighted to be able to find a high dosage D3 that included K2 and was free of animal products. According to my doctor, D3 takes a long time to build up in the system, so he recommends 20,000 iu for 10 days (4 pills per day), then 10,000 iu for 10 days (2 pills per day), then 5,000 iu (1 pill per day) after that. I have been doing it for about 6 weeks and am very happy with this product.

I’ve known the importance of D3 for some time in maintaining a healthy body and mind and with the decreased sun exposure of most of us and use of sunscreen a supplement of D3 is even more important. However I recently learned the importance of K2 for more efficient delivery of D3. This product provides both, the capsule isn’t too large, it’s vegan, and contains nettle leaf. Excellent immunity support. Love that it’s vegan. Great overall product!

Several people recommended I take a vitamin D supplement after moving to the Pacific Northwest. I selected this due to it being vegan, having high reviews, and its reasonable price. I've taken D supplements in the past with no noticeable difference, but my D levels did return to a normal ranged after testing low. Time will tell if this one is working for me as well. Giving 4 stars for now since I have to rate it and see no negatives at this point.

I have been taking D3 and K2 for years in two separate supplements from two different companies. The vegan D3 that I was using was very costly, so buying these two together will save me money. I have had a very good experience with using Nested Natural's Vegan Omegas. So far I have not been disappointed with the D3 and K2 combo. I have not used it very long, but I feel like it is doing the job like the supplements I used to use.
