I usually stay away from capsules but these are easy to swallow and digest immediately as long as it is taken with the recommended amount of water and time before a full meal. Great Product! I have been only taking these Berberine for about 11 days and they are already helping with my blood sugar as well as my blood pressure levels. This is a great premium, maximum strength product! It is made in the USA which is very important to me. I love that it is third party tested for purity and safety. It does so many good things for a person, from supporting glucose and cholesterol function, immune function etc. The only reason for the 4-star rating was the fact that they are large capsules and tended to get stuck halfway down. So drink plenty of water!!

This controlled my blood sugar better than other Berberine products that I have taken. Keeps me off of metformin.

This product is easy to use if you have no problem swallowing pills. My husband has been suffering from elevated blood pressure and cholesterol. The doctors have been wanting to put him on medication. This product was able to help him stay off those meds while he works on his health. He feels better and has better mental clarity since he started taking it.

So far so good! I have an inguinal hernia- so i got this for digestive help, i REALLY want to strengthen my abdominal wall and staying regular is IMPERATIVE at this time! Its a bit too soon to tell whether these capsules will be beneficial or not. Blood work for A1c isn't something I have done all that often. But the info online re: Berberine has given me hope to avoid taking another perscription drug. As to the 'flavor', these are capsules with a brown powder inside. The capsules are tasteless.

Berberine herb helps control my blood glucose. I have to check twice a day and my bloods are more stable with this herb, must maintain a proper diet and exercise as well. Worth taking.
