These run narrow in foot and leg as one would expect from the photo. I have feet that are on the narrow side and these fit perfectly. I have a high arch but the zipper and high heel makes that a non issue. My calves are on the narrow side of medium so the zipper goes up, though a little tight at the widest part of my calf. I wish they were a little taller but I cannot imagine there is much of a thigh high boot market as it is so making them for tall women is probably not on the agenda.
