It's a super high quality oil, full of healthy polyphenols that has a beautiful "green" taste. I have never tasted a better oil in my 67 years. The lemon version of their oil is really special. It's wonderful drizzled over roasted asparagus. Boil some potatoes in chicken stock, drain them and drizzle some Papa Vince's Lemon Olive Oil and sea salt over them and you'll have quick and delicious Greek lemon potatoes.
