Omnikey 5325 is a contactless and links-smart card reader for storage reads to a 13.56 MHz contactless smart card, and theoretically any recommended is a smart reader economically that supports an end user where both and contactless smart card technology can be in use. A: not is compatible with is tags. Only 125 Khz frecuency.

A: No, this doesn't have software. You can download drivers and a "workbench" which lets you read raw card data. However this is designed to be tied into a security system software package to properly decode the data contained. There are other card readers that have USB interfaces that mimic key presses. This is an HID reader mainly designed for encrypted cards, and not the cheap, simple prox cards.
