I ordered this product with the text I wanted. Unfortunately, although I am not clear on the reason, the product arrived in “XXL” size, which is hardly suitable for my body frame. I initiated a return request, and the merchant indicated they would correct it with a replacement. I am very pleased with the merchant’s performance at the moment, and I’ll update this review when replacement arrives. The product itself however (judging from the vest that didn't fit), appears to be very good quality for the price of it, with several useful Velcro sealing pockets. Stitching of seams, material it’s made from and the reflective material for better nighttime visibility are all good, and meet my acceptance in standards. Since the vest is intended for emergency incidents and not everyday use, I can’t give much of an opinion on durability, but I believe it would hold up fairly well for daily, long term service; relative to product’s price point. If you intend to use it for daily service, it might be a good idea to consider buying two so you have a backup, or at least check it often for signs of wear. Once I receive replacement in correct size, I will be in a better position to give opinion on long term daily use, but so far I don’t have reason for doubting its durability potential. I also want to comment on merchant service after I initiated a return request due to the wrong size problem: Merchant responded very quickly, and they seemed genuinely concerned over the confusion of size that I wanted. After two emails and my informing them on my body measurements, they responded quickly with a recommendation of size for a replacement, and they seemed both motivated and happy to correct the issue and send me a correctly sized replacement. I am happy and somewhat impressed by how they handled the situation, as opposed to other merchants of other products. So since I have yet to receive the replacement vest, I can only give a modest rating of the product. If I receive a vest of similar quality, I believe I would give them a full five stars. Once my new vest arrives, I’ll update my review and rate this product accordingly. If I receive a replacement that IS similar in quality to the first wrongly sized vest, I can see no reason for not giving them a five star review. I would give this merchant a five star review for their performance in the replacement process, and add they were very good to work with, as well as very prompt to respond and fix the problem. The only remaining matter is for me to actually receive the new vest and inspect the quality, but I don’t have any present reason to doubt it will be less than that first, wrongly sized vest.

My original order had a mistake in the customized printing. The back was printed in pink when the order was white. I contacted the seller and they promptly made right on the order and sent another vest with correct printing color. The seller is prompt in responding and easy to work with. The only negative I can say on the vest is they run small. You need to order one size larger for a perfect fit.

I just wish it would have allowed me to put a emoji behind my name...Other than that it was everything I expected it to be plus more...It came super fast 2 months before it originally said it would be delivered...I get so many compliments on my vest everytime I wear it I turn heads...I definitely would order again...

Really easy to totally personalize a vest.I simply screen shotted a Bitmoji of myself and my name and sent it to the company and they clearly reproduced it on the vest.I really wasn’t expecting it to be as perfect as it turned out!If ur thinking about getting a personalized safety vest , go for it.Totally worth the price.

This was very cheap for the quality of the vest and detailing they do. I was able to put a large image and wording on the back along with the front. Everything looked great. They do communicate immediately if the image quality is off. Loads of pockets and accurate sizing.

I wasn't too wire when ordering. The price seemed low for what I was getting. But it arrived and fits great when ordering the usual size. The only thing that threw me off was the left hand zipper.Also, the clear ID tag hanger seems to be permanent which is kind of disappointing as I don't think I'll ever be needing it.

My husband works as a Range Safety Officer at a local gun club. We ordered this and had his name and ratings placed on the vest - when it arrived; a month earlier than expected - we were very pleased with the product.

The automated graphic design system on Amazon leaves a lot to be desired. Even though I couldn’t make it look how I wanted a simple message fixed it. They are very responsive and will make sure it looks proper as they did with us.If you need custom high vis vests I recommend this product!
