Perfect for Thickening
This potato flour is great for thickening sauces, cheese fondue, and gravies. It blends well, thickens well and creates smooth sauces. It is also perfect to add in with other gluten free flours to get a perfect blend. My only complaint and not enought to remove a start is that the paper packaging broke open in shipping. Luckily, it was also in a plastic bag. It was a little messy getting it transferred to a better container.. Great value and price.

Like other reviews says, this is potato starch not potato flour. Waste of time and money.

I love this product! I use it to make gravy and it's the best thickener I've ever used. I won't thicken gravy with anything else.

Easy return
My flour was ripped in half when I opened the box and powder got on my new electronics, the return was easy but what a mess.

Not potato flour - it's potato starch
This is POTATO STARCH not potato flour. It is pure white, silky, etc, not whole dried and ground potatoes. If you wanted starch, it's fine, but if, like me, you wanted potato flour, it is disappointing.
