I did a bunch of research on ice bins and came up with this one. It is super high quality once I checked it out on unpacking. Installation was a breeze. I was surprised to have included a bunch of plumbing hardware to connect the drain. I wasn’t expecting anything. I was able to use some of the parts to customize my drain install.

Love it! Wish it was insulated on the bottom also the plumbing attachments are of poor quality they work fine but just poor quality. Otherwise really nice.

The drain system on this is terrible, none of the fittings are of any quality or useful. The drain itself has a very sloppy fit into bottom of the ice bin and leaks. I thought I could make it work by using plumbers putty like one would use in a sink drain but then that ends up in the ice, not good. Plus the whole ice bin leaks like none of the seems on the inside are welded/sealed. And lastly the sliding door is also a failure because when you want to slide it closed after opening the entire assembly slides over instead of just the 1/2 of the door like should be. Now I have a huge useless hole in the top of my very expensive stainless steel cabinet. How do I get my money back?

I ordered one of these about a year ago for our restaurant and only gave it three stars beacause of bad packaging and damage when I received it, Just received a second one a few days ago what a difference the pacaging was much improved, the product was also improved. They updated the lid which I and many other reviews had complained about, added a exterior rubber coating which is real nice. Overall I would highly recomened this ice chest

My drop in ice chest arrived bent/damaged. I understand that can happen. I contacted Vevor and it was effortless! They shipped a replacement immediately. This is my fifth purchase of Vevor products and I certainly would recommend them and will be buying from them in the future.

The ice chest itself does it’s job… but when it was delivered it was so banged up that the. Heat wouldn’t fit in the measurement my husband took for our countertop. The chest was twisted and mangled enough that he had to recut the hole in the counter to adjust for wiggle room to get it in. The “sliding” door doesn’t slide at all and is so hard to open because it’s also bent. I didn’t get to open it and take it out of the box until after the return date otherwise this would’ve went back. Hopefully it doesn’t leak when filled with ice. The plumbing that comes with is also very cheap and we replaced that as well.

Good product, but I would only improve the lid, which is completely movable, so the cooler is not airtight and it moves a lot. The connections are very fragile, it broke when connecting it, our fault. I recommend buy another connection set.
