Mine fit just as is, no problems

Q: Will these work on a lowered Tundra?

It will NOT work on a lowered Tundra.

Q: Will these help stabalize truck when towing or with heavy load?

They will help any 1500 truck with load on them or while towing heavy tonge trailers. It works on my Tundra but when you're not loaded you need to drop to 5 PSI or the truck rear feels like steel.
