I like the product for my 2020 Jeep Gladiator. It fits perfectly in the alotted space, once you pull out the original insert in your jeep. The only issue is that the product doesn't stay in place necessarily as there are no screws or tape product that comes with it, you just put it in place. I resolved it by using velcro tape, and it doesn't move at all. If you don't use the velcro tape or similar product, then the weight of your phone will tip it slightly towards you, and I just felt it was unstable.

Loved that it is assembled on to the little.compartment in the dash. So theres no way its falling off. The holder is very sturdy, the only issue is that once installed the phone stays facing upwards, to fix that i put two pennies under the holder were the screws go to make it stay facing down. Other than that works perfectly. For that little defect, the price should be a little less.

The product is well made and install was easy (read directions and you’ll have no problems). The grip is tight and holds the phone in place. Only problem is side buttons on iPhone 13 are closer to the middle of the phone than previous versions so the phone has to be installed higher on the clasp so it’s top heavy. Coupled with the ‘Jeep rough ride’ - Rubicon) vibration is an issue and the phone shakes. Tried to lower phone on bracket but pressure from the clasp engages the side buttons which is a problem. May be good option for other phones depending on location of side buttons. Update: Glue for the Inside silicone grips that hold phone in clamp does not handle summer heat well. Has fallen off a few times and won’t reattach for more than a day.

I purchased this for my 2021 JL 80th Anniversary Edition. At first it seemed to work fine then after a few months the phone holder started to sag and would not hold the phone up anymore. I trashed this and went with Bulletpoint Solutions and found their mount, which is all metal with adjustable ranges, heights, etc. Of course I paid $85 for the better one from Bulletpoint Solutions but it holds the phone tightly and I ended up getting it with the GoPro attachement as well. There is also an option to go with a secondary phone or tablet (up to 8 inches if I remember. Not iPad Pro size). Wife opted out of the secondary phone attachment (which if needed can be ordered separately so there are 2 phones and go pro mount at the same time). Do yourself a favor. Don't get this one and go with a better solution that lasts longer and gives you more options to choose from. The attached picture is of the one I went with. Have not regretted it. Even after months it works perfectly and the go pro mount is awesome when going off-road or just traveling.

This was really easy to install. I like how it fits into the factory area on top of the dash. Looks good. Quality is just ok at best. Haven’t had the problems with the holder breaking of yet, yet. Would not surprise me if it did. My main issue with it is that this is not meant for any type of off-roading. If you have a pavement princess this will be great for you. I took it on one trail. A level 2 trail. The phone would not stay in the mount where I needed it to. Was using my phone as a GPS tracker and it kept falling out. Any type of vibration and the whole arm shakes so bad the phone would come right out. Even if it held the phone securely the way it shakes makes it unusable.

I installed this within a few minutes. You need a pocket knife or something with an edge to pry up the stock rubber bottom. Two Phillips head screws (just use the ones already in the dash) and you are finished. I'm pleasantly surprised by how natural it looks. My ONLY concern might be that it could minimally obstruct visibility. Will have to ask my wife how she feels about this. Otherwise, great.

This product seems great. I have zero miles with it so far but the install is very stable and secure and it seems to hold me phone well - should work well with any phone. The range of motion on the ball is not great but good enough. Now, installation. If you watch any of the videos or read any of the install notes here it goes fine. But if you dont, and you don't know to pull the rubber insert from your Jeep and find those screws, you'll be looking to return it like I almost did. IMO life would be easier for everyone if they just put a small instruction sheet in the box pointing out those two key steps to get started. But overall seems to be yet another great accessory for your Jeep. Mine is a 21 Islander 4 dr - some have asked about that one in particular so I can confirm it fits perfectly.

This was easy to install. And a great idea for my Jeep. The only problem is the cell phone holder - it's a flimsy piece of plastic junk that snapped off on day #2. So I was no longer able to attach a cell phone to it, and the seller never responded to my message. To fix the problem, I ordered the item below and attached that to the ball. The ball is small so not every cell phone holder will attach. This one seems to be working great, but it's another piece you'll have to buy. but in highway or off Raoding not recommended at all if you go more than 60mile you will see your phone dancing and it looks like its gonna broke or somthing but till now every thing is fine i think my phone liked to dance on highway so yh extreme off Raoding wont hold it well
