Review: Works great! - I recently bought a pair of Arctic Muck Boots. After a day of hunting. I was unable to get my boots off. They just clung to my calves. **Q: Do you think the red rubber grip will mark or harm my Suede boots?  Thank you**
A: They shouldn't. I use it on tan cowhide and it doesn't leave any marks. I think it is a great boot jack.I apologize. I looked more closely and there IS SOME MINOR RED MARKING ON THE LEATHER from the boot jack. It doesn't show up well on the brown leather but it does leave a mark.

**Q: Does it have anything on the bottom to protect wood floors?**
A: I do not think it would mar a wooden floor, but as suggested, you could easily glue felt on

**Q: Has anyone used this with wider heel boots like winter or snow boots?**
A: Hi, I use this for my Lacrosse hunting boots and it works.  The only problem I have is that the red where you insert your heal rubs off on the boot.  I placed plastic wrap around the tips but it gets messy and I shouldn't have to do that.  I would recommend some other without the red.

**Q: Made in usa, or imported?  the description says both.**
A: Dear KENNA,   This is my opinion:  So many of our suppliers and manufacturing industries are tied into China’s (cheaper than USA’s) labor force.   Therefore, many industries send the materials to China to be assembled into the finished product...which is then sent back to the United States companies to be distributed.  China isn’t the only country doing business with America’s companies.... India, Pakistan, S. Korea, Mexico, Canada...just to name a few.....   Unless the disclosure says made and manufactured in America, we consumers never know the entire tracking  of products.  This globalization of industry will eventually end after this world wide Coronavirus infection.  At least the Made in China label won't be seen nearly as much as it is now. I recently bought a pair of Arctic Muck Boots. After a day of hunting. I was unable to get my boots off. They just clung to my calves. You know in Cinderella where the prince puts on her shoes? This feels like that; like someone is grabbing the bottom of your shoes as you pull. No more throwing out your back or hitting your shins trying to take off boots. There are 2 items for around 10 dollars that I bought on Amazon that I use daily and are worth the price. Think about that; for a price of a drink, you get an item that'll have more utility. The first item is a solid brass German M+R pencil sharpener. The other is this. I wear cowboy boots, winter boots, high top sneakers, running shoes, and Xtratuffs. This works for all of them. I have a size 11.5 feet for reference. Have you ever used a tall curved metal shoe horn and wondered why it took so long? This is the Yang to the Yin of the shoehorn. Sure you can step on the heel with the other shoe but that creates marks and you can miss and hit the shin. Or you can bend over and struggle to pry the shoe off. We all know that after being on our feet, our feet can swell. There is one minor issue and that is the bottom can be a bit wider as it can be unstable and also to add rubber to the bottom so it won't slip. But it is lightweight and I anticipate using this for a long time.
