The QM-134 is a different type of mount, that can be attached in many locations on your drums quickly and securely! With a strong clamp that also has a bolt lock to assure it won't fall off, regardless if you're playing smooth jazz or hard-core heavy metal, this clamp will stay locked to your drum! The other end has the same lockdown clamp, so any small mic can be clamped and locked in place. Fits many drum kit mics, up to 1 3/8" diameter.

    Goose neck leaves a lot to be desired

The goose neck doesn't respond well to positioning. I bought it in hopes of getting a better mic placement on a floor tom and it's actually more limiting than my old single position mic clips
