Great fan for the cost!!
Great quality. Efficient motor (a tissue easily clings to the grill and remains), yet still quiet. Just a note, I don't have attic access above my bathroom exhaust fan. The fan I replaced had their wiring accessible from the inside of the fan. This one, however, has the wiring access on that outside of the fan. It proved to be quite the challenge (I didn't have much slack to begin with) getting power to this thing. But once I finally squeezed it all in, the fan worked flawlessly. Another feature that saved me during my install was the black vent connector slides in and out. I tried forever, to get the ductwork connected with no success (remember, not attic access). Then I discovered the connector slides right out from the fan. I attached the connector securely to the fan with foil tape and a clamp, and then simply slid it right back into the housing of the fan. Very convenient! I'm very pleased for the quality with the low cost compared to others on the market! A

Really Moves Some Air, Quiet As Hell!
I recently went on a quest to replace the 4 pretty much useless 50cfm builder grade exhaust fans in my home, with the intentions of installing quieter, higher cfm, Energystar models. The reason, removal of moisture in the bathrooms caused by long hot showers....I have 4 lovely ladies so the showers are always in use. I also didn't want a product that sounded like a small prop plane was taking off in my bathrooms or laundry room either. Did some research and settled on this. Insatlled in my guest bathroom with only slight drywall shaving for fittment. The entire housing is sealed off, keeping household air leakage down. Further added to that by using Good Stuff expanding foam to seal the small gaps and inconsistencies between the box and drywall. Please not this requires 4" exhaust plumbing to connect to the exhaust of the fan for maximum performance. An 8ft section can be obtained at your local big box home improvement store for under $20.00. Fired this baby up, and could feel the air coming from under the closed door as it was drawing it out of the room. This fan is 1.5 sones (which is a measurement of how loud something sounds to the ear), which isn't quite half of the standard builder grade fans typically installed in houses (mine were 2.5 sones), but is easily half as quiet. Since I installed about 3 weeks ago, no more foggy mirrors or condensation buildup on the bathroom walls from the steamy showers!

Decent basic fan
Good quality for the price. Doesn't need the green light to know when it's on It's not noisy but not exactly quiet

Quiet, strong fan and was pretty easy to install
So far after 3 weeks this fan has been a drastic increase to the 15 year old fan I replaced it with. The bathroom I put it in has a tub and is approximately 6' x 7'. I had to cut 2" of the ceiling on one side to make sure the fan had full access to the bathroom. I was replacing a fan so the wiring and access was not that difficult and I am a DIY'er for the most part. The fan is way quieter and as some reviews indicated, that could be a good thing or maybe not. We have sufficient spacing between the floor and the door when the door is closed and I can feel the air being sucked up to the fan which creates the air flow needed to vent the bathroom. In my case, during a hot shower the mirror does not fog up. The unit I purchased was a little bigger than what is recommended for my size bathroom based on the sq. ft. I purchased the 100 cfm.

Doesn't seem to pull much air
Just had a contractor install 1 of these in each of my 2 bathrooms. They do not seem to suck in air at all. Very quiet though. Hopefully they help with pulling the condensation / humidity from the bathrooms during showers.

Great fan
Great fan, Installed myself (aka easy to install); looks good and does a great job. Very quiet can hardly hear it run. Funny thing is, we were remodeling master bath and contractor talked me into buying a fan costing almost double. I purchased this Delta fan for a guest bathroom I installed myself. As it turns out I wish I had also bought this Delta fan for the Master. The other one is louder and does not seem to do as good of a job. Highly recommend this Delta Breez fan!

Good product; quiet, clears steam
I like it a lot. It replaced a rusted, old, larger fan. Because the space I installed it is larger than this unit, I had to drywall patch the ceiling around it -- but that's my problem, not yours. The dimensions of this unit are as stated. The electrical hook-up was standard and easy. My bathroom is about 7 x 9 and the Delta Breez 100 CFM clears steam easily from it. That is, there is no steam on the mirror when I get out of a hot shower. As for the sound level, that's a subjective one to answer. It's certainly much quieter than my old one. If you have it next to your bedroom, will your partner hear it if he/she is still in bed while you're showering? Yes. But it won't be louder than the shower he/she will hear while they're trying to sleep. That's to say, I think it's quiet. I recommend this product.
