Der Kaffee ist sehr dunkel geröstet; wie auch seine napoletanischen Verwandten von Passalacqua, Izzo und Salimbene. Wer die dunklen Röstungen der eben genannten Hersteller mag bekommt mit dem Toraldo N10 einen Wettstreiter mehr um den Platz als Lieblingskaffee. Feine Säure sucht man hier vergeblich und das ist, zwar Geschmackssache, aber gut so. Einziger Verwenderhinweis: Nach dem öffnen ein paar Minuten lüften lassen, wieder versiegeln und erst am nächsten Tag die erste Runde zubereiten.
