I love this little unit! The video playback is awesome and the CD sound quality is excellent. It looks great sitting on top of my amplifier as well. I like that it has the HDMI connection as well as the RCA connectors. After watching a few movies and listening to many CD's, it has proven to be very reliable. If I needed a second unit, I would buy this again.

For the price, this has so far been a good DVD player. No player I have ever had lasted a long time, so I was looking for one that I can consider a "throw away" if it acts up. It set-up easily, has good sound and picture quality, and the mechanism runs quietly. The remote is well laid out and easy to read. I do not have many DVD's but some are ones I wanted to watch again, thus this purchase.

I purchased this DVD player a few days ago and was pleasantly surprised how easy the setup was to connect it to my TV. I am 74 years young and my eyesight isn't that great anymore, but the remote control that comes with this DVD player helps me to navigate through the different functions with ease. Everything works great and for the price and size of this DVD player I can wholeheartedly recommend it. I truly enjoy using it!

This is a fantastic, compact region-free DVD player! I was really surprised by the quality of build and features for such a low price. RCA cables AND an HDMI cable are provided to support your connection situation. An HDMI connection is even provided on the front for a DVD writer, inputting a game console or connecting a thumb drive. Nice! The remote is well laid out and perfect for one-handed operation. The remote requires two AAA batteries, so be sure to have some on hand. I would buy this unit again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone in the market for a quality DVD player.

Works perfectly for my dvd's. Set up is simple. Seems to be able to do a lot more things than what I need but works great for dvd's. Customer service is good and responsive. Definitely would recommend purchasing.

The unit performs as expected. The remote was laid out by a monkey. It needs to be turned over to an industrial designer to cluster the important functions together. I would send the "never or seldom used" ones over to the base unit to be accessed. Then you'd have a usable product.

Original purchase-December 2024-unit didn't work well. Very touchy operation, but it would work. Used it infrequently, and the player got progressively worse, unit it stopped working altogether. Contacted Electcom Pro directly, and they arranged a new replacement. The new unit works much better than the original, hopefully it will remain so over time. That being said, it's a decent unit for the price, very compact, but the customer service is excellent, so it gets a good review.

Heel blij met deze dvd speler: ik heb een aantal series die regio 1 zijn... en dan is een europese dvd speler niet wat je nodig hebt. Ik heb deze dvd speler nu 1 jaar en ben er nog steeds erg blij mee. Mooie kwaliteit, afstandsbediening werkt, overzichtelijk ding. Zoek je een goede en niet al te dure regiovrije dvd speler; dan is deze een aanrader

Really good DVD. I like it a lot. It plays all the different regions of DVDs I have. The picture is good, at least to me. I read before purchasing that some of the buyers had an issue with the remote. I find it absolutely all right. No issues so far. And I have quite big hands. :) Installation was quick and basically, I had to connect it and it started to work. Really good item. Very good for the price. Really small. I don't find it loud. To me is quiet. Of course, when the DVD is loading, you can hear it loading, but while watching, no issues at all. So, my personal opinion about this small DVD is 5/5. Exactly what I needed.
