Is the granitestone 2660 granite stone stack master 10 piece cookware set, large, black very lightweight for a person with arthritis to use easily?

No. A friend of mine just posted on social media: "The handles are sturdy but very thin and hard to control the pan and pots when lifting and pouring. I wrote to the company expressing my dissatisfaction and explaining that my 76 year old hands with some arthritis finds it difficult to safely handle the hot pots and pans." He goes on to say that his request for return authorization has been ignored.

Why don't they scatch when stacked?
