Feisty fajita seasoning! This is the new replacement for my old fajita seasoning. While it doesn't settle as well on the tongue as my old brand, it is better than every other one I have tried lately. The flavor is mild, but has a small kick towards the end of the bite. It lacks to touch of sweetness in it's kick. Little recipe I use it in, Shredded Chicken ( thousands of uses) Take chicken breasts and boil them with about 2 tbsp of the fajita seasoning. Once the chicken is done shred it. Add a little chicken broth to it and mix in your preferred amount of seasoning. Add queso and toss in flour tortillas! Add fixings for a burrito style or top with cheese for a great quesadilla.

generally we like things higher on the scoville scale with some "heat". while this stuff doesn't have that, it has a nice blend of spices that give a nice flavor. If you've been using Lawry's and like it, give this a try for some variety. We use this a lot more often than Lawry's now for simple ground beef style tacos and occasionally on random beef/pork/chicken dishes. the hubby's been known to just toss some in his mouth out of the bottle ... I'm not sure if he's regressing to childhood or just avoiding carbs by not eating flavored chips/crackers.

I’m not usually a fan of pre-mixed seasonings, but I decided to try this fajita blend, and I’m glad I did. It’s perfect for me; I didn’t feel the need to use additional spices. It is spicy, but not overly so. Some of you will probably want to add more spicy kick to it with some pepper/chili. I’m happy with the quality, flavor, freshness and would buy it again.
