Atlas Protein Bar, 20g Protein, 1g Sugar, Clean Ingredients, Gluten Free (Mint Chocolate Chip, 12 Count (Pack of 1))

This has been my "go-to" protein bar for years now, and I never seem to get tired of its delicious chocolate-mint flavor. (Sadly, I've tried all the other available Atlas flavors, and none of them are nearly as good. So I only eat this flavor.)It has a relatively high amount of protein at 20 grams, and tastes good, not chalky or dry. I love that it is low in sugar, and only 5 Weight Watcher points. On days when I am in a hurry, sometimes my breakfast is one of these bars and a banana. Highly recommended!

Love these - and super healthy - no unnecessary ingredients

Edit: They reached out and gave me a free replacement variety pack. I do think every single flavor of this variety pack was quite a bit better than what I got from Amazon here. They also explained that there isn't actually any ashwaghanda anymore, so even though the packaging says there is, it's just old and that they didn't want it to go to waste (which I can appreciate from a sustainability standpoint).Therefore, I'm going to revise my review to a 4/5 because customer service was outstanding and not many companies will go above and beyond like this. I am going to leave my old review below, so you can still read what I wrote. Don't think that Atlas even sells the mint flavor anymore, so it's likely that I got an old batch in the amazon warehouse as well.Old review:Contains 300mg of KSM-66 ashwagandha, mediocre and dry texture, flavor is kinda okay but nothing special, but ingredients are clean.If you want ashwagandha, which isn’t disclosed anywhere on the product page, then maybe this is for you. But it isn’t amazing and I don’t think I’ll buy it again. I’d probably give it:- 4/10 flavor- 2/10 texture- 9/10 ingredients (if they disclosed in the ingredients on this page that is has ashwagandha then maybe a 10/10)

These bars have a taffy like texture and are a little runny. I also think they’re overpriced.

This is a good bar. It takes care of the hunger.

I don’t like saying anything negative if it is all the same but these are too expensive to let slide.I wanted to like these, as most of these “health” bars are just as bad as a regular candy bar.This product lauds its grass fed component- not sure who thought that was a market demand- but In the end it’s inedible, even for me, and that’s not being picky. The mint is overwhelming, likely to cover not so subtle bitterness nuanced with cut grass. I opened another box to make sure it was a handling problem but still not good.I considered to leave the rest of the boxes down in the free treats area for others, but I can’t in good conscious.

Taste is good. Very handy to have around

Currently this is my favorite protein bar. Great for on the go or just after exercise. Recommended.
