L’Oréal Paris Age Perfect Lash Magnifying Mascara, Brown, 0.28 Ounce

I've been seeking a Brown mascara because black is just simply too harsh from my old face. This one is a nice shade and you can definitely see when you've applied it. And the thing I love the most at it doesn't ball up so far and it doesn't leave any extra dropping to below my eye as we all know some Mascaras can. I really like that it doesn't leave anything on the eyelids when you wash your face and when you dry it off sometimes that mask air will streak on your towel this has not strict on any of my towels and I only use white ones that would be very noticeable.

So glad I took a chance with this mascara! I was pleasantly surprised by this formulation. I believe this is the best performing mascara at this price point. Sephora’s own brand or MAC mascaras are the best contenders (from my experience). Price and value: I love MAC & Sephora, but often don’t want to pay those prices. Then I’m left disappointed in the drugstore brand I settled for. The last few years I’ve noticed my mainstay drugstore brands are thick or clumpy, and dry out within 1-2 months. Dwindling quality??? This mascara is noticeably easier to apply (thinner consistency) than almost any other mascara I’ve ever used. I have blonde lashes, so it takes extra effort to coat/cover each lash, and a thick mascara can leave my eyelashes looking like “spider legs” (not natural-looking makeup). This L’Oreal mascara somehow provides a thin coat around each lash, but is buildable; you can increase volume and length with ease. I hope they don’t ever change the formulation, because this mascara is a nice change from Maybelline and Cover Girl, and their myriad of wand/applicator options that seem to do nothing when the clumpy and fast-drying mascara are lacking in quality.

I have pale skin and hooded eyes, so most mascara just seems to accentuate both of those things. I’d basically given up on mascara because black didn’t suit my complexion and the few browns/brown blacks I had found smudged and flaked easily. When I saw this, I just had to give mascara another go. I bought it partially for the color, partially for the serum benefits because my lashes have been breaking and shedding lately. And wow. Just wow. The brown shade makes my lashes look naturally thicker, fuller, and believably darker. It isn’t obvious that I’m wearing mascara, just that I have great lashes. And the breakage has improved a great deal since I started using this. I may not be the target market (I’m 31), but I’m so glad I gave this a shot despite that fact and will use it until the end of days. The only caveat is that it did smudge ever so slightly onto the lower lid at the corner of my eyes, but I work in a coffee shop where I am constantly overheated and exposed to steam all day. All things considered, this held up really well. Try it!

I love that this mascara does what it says - it simply accents what you already have. I prefer a natural look, but recognized that a little mascara would be right for me when I hit 40. Generally, I have not been a makeup wearer, and this doesn't make me feel like I'm wearing makeup. It goes on cleanly without clumping. If it clumped at all, I wouldn't be wearing it. It also cleans off easily at the end of the day. Why aren't there more options like this??

This mascara does what the description indicates. However, what I don't like is the mascara hardens on my lashes and after a while, the edges of my eyelids begin to hurt because the lashes are hard and heavy, not soft and feathery or natural in appearance. They look thick and, well....., tubing. So, I end up removing the mascara, which comes off easy with no messiness. I will look for another brand and hope it doesn't produce the same effect. Also, I am not taking anything away from this manufacturer as it is well received, and I do use L'Oreal products, but this mascara is not for me.

This is the best mascara that I have used. I am 71 years old and have been a Marvel line user as long as I can remember. I saw that this was made for older women so I gave it a try. I have been using it for 3 years now. It goes on nice!y, doesn't clump or flake. I use the dark brown and it matches my skin tone nicely.

I have been using this for about a week and love it!!Love the brown color since I am a strawberry blonde. easy to use, does not make my eyes water like other mascaras have done in the past. I also like the formula for this mascara because it helps my lashes. Please keep this product in stock!!

This is a decent mascara from a reputable company. Not sure if it is making my lashes any healthier, but looks good when applied. It is a little clumpy initially, could be a result of shipping? Removes easily w/ soap and water. (Not waterproof)
