Apple iPhone 11 Pro, US Version, 512GB, Space Gray - Unlocked (Renewed)

It’s been a few months that I bought this iPhone for my husband, arrived in perfect condition. It looked like new for refurbished, it has always worked perfectly. Very impressed and would buy from this company again.

I bought this phone a week ago and let me just say it is perfect. It has a long lasting battery, no scratches, functions like a pro, has 512Gb. This phone is amazing, It is in great shape. It came with an iPhone charger but I haven't tried it because I’ve been usin my old charger, but it was really nice of y'all to give me a charger. I bought the phone “ good” instead of “excellent” because it was cheaper and I thought I would have a few scratches on it, but I have no scratch at all which is amazing. Honestly I would definitely buy from them because they kept their word on the information about the phone and when I checked in settings it was real and true. It also came with a sims card tray and you have the choice for an eSIM which is also cool. This phone do not lag at all, does not get over heated so this is amazing. Thank you again.

Update: May 23,2023 I received the device in mid-November 2022 and by mid-May 2023, the device no longer works. During a phone call, my phone randomly reset and has not turned back on since. It is stuck on a reset loop. I have tried hard-resetting, letting the battery drain and charge back up, and upgrading the software through a computer, but nothing has worked. Buyer be cautious! The device may work during the 90 days you have eligible for return, but beyond the 3 months the seller and Amazon will not refund or replace the device. Do not purchase if you want a reliable and fully functional device with a warranty. -------------------------------------- April 24, 2023 5 MONTH REVIEW: At first glance this was a good deal on an affordable refurbished iPhone 11 Pro. The device I received arrived in good packaging and no visible wear marks on the phone. Unfortunately, it quickly began to decline as far as the internal quality. The begin, the battery arrived at 85% max capacity, which is a measure of the battery capacity relative to when it was new. About 2 weeks into having the device, I noticed my phone wasn’t retaining charge like my previous iPhone 11 Pro. I decided to disregard the issue as I believed it was just one small issue. About a month in, I began to have glitches in my device such as my screen freezing, my touch screen response being very delayed, and even audio issues. I would be on a phone call and people would say they couldn't hear me. This issue would persist until I reset my device. My phone also began to reset on its own. These issues occurred very little at first but now 5 months in they happen too often and it is frustrating to deal with. I sometimes have to force reset my device, which is really inconvenient when I’m on a call or relying on GPS. I’m only 5 months into owning the device and to add on to my list: I am now having issues with my front facing camera. I am getting an error saying my TrueDepth camera is having issues, and because of these issues I am unable to use the Face ID feature to unlock my phone or to log into certain apps. I have a quality case on my device, it has not been abused/dropped/exposed to harsh temperatures-just normal basic use. I use an official Apple charger and I’m far from meeting storage capacity. The phone itself looks new, but I was sold a faulty phone. THINK TWICE about purchasing!!! The phone may look like it is good but the quality quickly declines. If you still decide to purchase the phone, return it in the first sign of an issue.

I love my iPhone But every five years, the phone starts glitching. I don't know what that is all about but then it's time to get a new one so I'm glad I did no more glitching. Everything works great.

The iPhone had a crack in the screen that I noticed when sitting in a car with the sun hitting the phone at an angle. It’s sad because I needed it, but don’t want to pay that much with a crack. To be fair someone might’ve not noticed the crack before it was sold because the outside light had to hit it from the side for me to even see it so I’m not gonna blame anyone over it.

Despite all the negative reviews I saw on amazon my product arrived a week late but it was as advertised it had a brand new Apple certified battery minimal scratches on the phone and everything was in good working order. Definitely worth it if you are looking to get an iPhone 11 pro but don't want to pay the price for a new one,and I would recommend it over the iPhone 12 pro just because of the better battery and the fact that 5G is not available in most areas especially the ultra wide band high speed one so if you can live without the 5G this is definitely the phone to pick up, and the cameras are absolutely amazing I was blown away with how well they performed in the dark, these are the best iPhone cameras I've seen yet, I would like to compare them to a pixel at some point but make no mistake this is an amazing camera. As a photographer I would highly recommend this phone to anyone who wants to take good pictures with as little hassle it's not a replacement for a DSLR camera but it's a great camera to have in your pocket and to shoot on the spot.

Recibí en tiempo el pedido, venía en una caja genérica en buen estado, el celular tiene rayones en las orillas, está muy sucio de las bocinas, pero como vi que no afectaba en el sonido, supuse que podía quedármelo. La vida de la batería es de 81%, carga rápido (hora y media) aunque es un cargador genérico. Pero así como carga se descarga, estuve viendo videos durante 15 minutos y paso de 89% de batería al 56%. Yo realmente soy una persona de estar haciendo llamadas de 1 hora o 30 minutos mínimo, esa pila no me durará ni el medio día laborar. Es por eso que decido regresarlo. Solicité la devolución a través de Amazon y todo en orden, yo vivo en franja fronteriza con EUA por lo que es obligatorio ir a Aduanas a que te sellen la guía del paquete, me comuniqué a través de Ayuda y atención al cliente de Amazon, me confirmaron la recepción y a la semana me devolvieron mi dinero porque era con tarjeta de crédito (tardan más las devoluciones). En resumen: Quería tener un celular bonito y duradero no a medio morir. Puede que el costo-beneficio no sea tan justo. Un celular cuya vida de batería es del 80% quiere decir que ya va a mitad de su vida útil, según análisis realizados por la propia apple. Quise darme el beneficio de la duda por las reseñas buenas que había, pero me ha tocado batallar.

Actualizo: Wilmer, de servicio al cliente, me ayudó para gestionar la devolución considerando la garantía de los 90 días. No podría estar más satisfecho con Amazon. Sin embargo el producto que recibí sigue siendo igualmente malo, así que solo subí un poco la calificación. Los motivos de mi evaluación tan baja son: Pésimo estado: - Conector lightning atascado de pelusa y mugre. Igual las bocinas - Rayones en la panalla que son visibles, - Rayones en las esquinas del telefono que son evidentes a un brazo de distancia. - Batería al 84 % pero se drena por completo en menos de medio día (desconecto a las 8 para las 12 del día a está muerto), - Se calienta al cargar via cable, - Se calienta aún más al cargar via inalámbrica, - Sin haberlo usado nunca (en estos dos meses) en ambientes húmedos o haberlo mojado, es frecuente que marque alerta de "agua en el conector"... así que me quedo sin pila y no lo puedo cargar por horas - El Face ID deja de funcionar y tengo que desactivarlo, reiniciar el telefono, volver a registrar Face ID y volver a habilitar cada aplicación en la que lo uso . No encuentro aún cómo hacer válida la garantía Amazon pero preferiría devolverlo...

Lo compré con BuySPRY y enviado por Amazon y la verdad es que es excelente: 90% de bateria, cero golpes, problemas o micro rayones. Traía una mica nueva puesta y no es reparado ni tiene piezas que deshabiliten el FaceID y demás. Escribo este review ya casi dos años de uso y estoy pensando en seguir la misma estrategia para pasarme a un 13 Pro / Pro Max porque si te ahorras bastantito. Obvio uno compra con miedo porque es mucho dinero y reacondicionado y siempre hay reseñas de alguien a quien le vino mal, pero pues con la ventana de devolución de Amazon no hay bronca. Recomendadísimo para quien quiera entrarle a su primer iPhone sin gastar lo de uno nuevo.

Llegó en la fecha establecida, el producto esta bien cuidado trajo protector de pantalla para cubrir los arañazos. La pila vida de 100% le pongo 4 estrellas las especificaciones no corresponden, esperaba uno de pantalla de 6.5’ como nombra las especificaciones en su lugar recibí uno de 5.8’ me quedaré con él porque su funcionamiento es excelente hasta ahora.

Compre el télefono con un poco de miedo por algunos comentarios, pero sin dudar, fue una de las mejores compras, llego en excelentes condiciones, el equipo esta intacto, sin golpes, raspaduras o manchas, funciona de maravilla, hasta el día de hoy no ha presentado ninguna falla... el único detalle es que en la descripción comentaba que traía la llave para colocar el SIM y cuando llego no lo tenia, sin embargo no es algo tan relevante, porque de teléfonos pasados tengo la llave, malo sería que tuviera un modelo único para abrir esa ranura, no obstante llego con su cable y un cubo, genérico pero que cumple su función. Lo recomiendo.
