Doesn’t tangle

Great product
Works great no more tangling

Works as promised, but can cause static on calls
This swivel cord is exactly what I needed for my desk phone at work. It allows the cord to swivel when I use the phone, keeping the cord from tangling. The only complaint is that it has a bit of static or interference with this device attached, which was not present prior to using it. All in all, the device works as promised, but does slightly decrease the quality of my calls.

One problem solved, another problem created
My office phone was very annoying because the cord would constantly tangle up. Even when I changed it to a new cord it tangled again, and eventually it became difficult to even get the cord to reach my ear. I saw this product and thought it would be just the thing I needed. Hooked it up with a brand new cord and it worked beautifully for its intended purpose. My telephone cord never tangled again in the year and a half that I used this product. The only problem was, after I switched it out and hooked it up with the detangler, I would frequently have an issue where the phone receiver would cut out, and people couldn’t hear me unless I spoke on speakerphone. If I pushed in on the detangler then people could hear me. This didn’t happen with every call, but it did happen on a daily basis and at least half the time. So…no more tangled cord, but another annoying problem was created. Oh well. Bottom line: I would order this product again, because the cutting out was less annoying than the tangled cord, but maybe I would look for a different brand.

Phone Cord Extender
Was tired of my work phone always being messed up. The cable is compatiable to the current phone cord. Just unplug the cord and put this in and add the cord to the other end. Well worth the price to keep from being twisted up in the phone cord.
