Tastes great. Made it by adding Luke warm water and mixing into a smooth paste..Then added boiling water and stirring as water was added until perfect consistency was achieved. My dad loved it.

Guinea Corn, Pap
Top quality and super fine. It is eaten as a porridege in parts of west africa and some believe it improves lactation. You simply boil it in a bit of water with a sweetener of choice to cut the slight bitterness or not and its still bearable. I was advised to drink it like a thin soup. I'm not sure if it helps lactation because it's so filling that I was unable to take in other nutrition so I didn't stick to it. My husband's loves it on days where wants a quick porridge. My 5 month old loves it with coconut sugar or a drizzle of date syrup. I learned later to follow the instructions on the packaging and if it suits around too long it turns back into liquid. This picture has butter and coco ut cream poured on top. I understand most don't add butter, just cream and sugar.
