Helps me sleep
I took these as I needed electrolytes, however the magnesium in them also really helps me get to sleep and stay asleep. I used to suffer with cramp or pins and needles in my arm in the night but since taking these and vast improvement.

obvious effect
I take a few suppliments, to be honest I just trust they are actually doing me some good. if i forget to take them for a few days I feel no different. However with these the effect was pretty obvious straight away for me anyway, and if i forget to take one, then theres a good chance I will feel it and think...I didnt take one of those pills did I.... Thats just me, might be different for others.

Great for Keto to get your electrolytes
I take this with some other magnesium tablets and cod liver oil as I was struggling to sleep (Keto affects sleep sometimes) and I've slept like a baby ever since. I tend to save them for my dinner so that they're taken a bit later in the day and with food. I've also never once got Keto flu and don't suffer from headaches either so these are helping kept all those things at bay that people normally suffer from, perfect!
