I am starting to write reviews because I read them and depend on what buyers say. I was a little reluctant to purchase these because I have spent a fortune trying to find relief for the ball of my foot. I had major surgery on it a few years ago and some of the issues are now coming back. I have tried a lot of things, but nothing has helped my foot as much as this product. I have a wide foot, and I was concerned about the tightness and pressure these make cause. I’ve been wearing them now all day and they seem fine. I can even go barefooted in my foot not hurt which is amazing. They’re thin enough that I can put socks on and still get into my slip Ons without it disturbing this pad if things change, I will definitely come back and write a different review but for now I could not be more pleased with the comfort I find in these pads.

The padding feels good and works fine But they don't seem nearly as large/long as they look in the images. They're smaller on my feet and when I walk, even with shoes on, it slides up over my little toe. When I pull it down farther so it'll stay (hopefully), it puts too much pressure on the part between the big toe There have to be better options Update: They're completely useless. Under sock, shoe on, walking and within 10 minutes it has slid up off my foot until it became painful.

Wearing this is so uncomfortable. However. Once in a blue moon will it fit right and not cause problems. I wore it today but noticed it was really digging into my foot. I kept trying to adjust it during work but at work I wasn't going to take off my socks and shoes to fix it. When I came home I thought it had just dug into my skin. Nope. Those are cuts. You can even see where the product cut around my foot (you can make out the line). It hurts more than the blisters. It seemed to just hurt me in other areas of my foot instead. My top of foot, between my big toe and the other toe (where the product sits it really hurts between there) I was just going to cut that part off but with these cuts. I think I'm going to stop using the product and just spend the money to buy new shoes.

The only problem I had was how snug they felt around the toes after standing as a cashier for 8 hours. My toes were so sore around the front edges of the material that I had to take my shoes off and just stand on them for the last 2 hours of work, which was a great relief. Other than that they definitely eased any pain on the ball of my foot that I usually feel while working. Maybe if they were a little more stretchable around the toe areas verses being just a little snug it would have been no problem. I did not feel the pain until after standing for the last 2 1/2 hours before store closed. My toes felt so much better after taking off my shoes. The throbbing and soreness recovered within 2 minutes. I might try and put a little snip in the front area that holds your toes to see if that helps because the cushion for the ball of my foot worked so great. No pain there at all.

I wear a size 9 women. And they fit well, comfortable to wear with any shoe-I work on concrete floors daily and my ball of my foot kills me, but these seem to help. I will say around the big toe slips a little and may need to adjust about 3x on a 9hr shift.

I am male, 5 foot 10 inch and weigh 160 lbs. My shoe size is 10 and half reg. The overall width is too narrow so it squeezes your toes all together. And the length too short, so that it does not slide back far enough onto your foot. So as you walk, the pad slides off the front of your foot. The opening for the big toe is too small, cuts into my foot and very uncomfortable. If you have a very small foot, size 8 or below, this pad might work.

I had pain in the ball of my foot for 4 months that went undiagnosed and was minimally treated. Once I finally found out I had metatarsalgia I bought this product and ice packs for my foot immediately. I’ve been using these pads nonstop for the past month whenever I’m on my feet. I really like how easy they are to put on and take off and how unlike shoe implants like Dr. Schols you don’t have to keep using the same pair of shoes to get continuous padding protection. The pads fit easily in all my socks and came out of the washing machine clean and odor free without any damage. Overall, these pads have helped speed up my recovery and are a great bargain for the price.

These are terrible. Wore for a few days around the house and elastic has already come apart/ detached / ripped from the sleeve. Do not waste your money.

I was given a diagnoses of metatarsalgia when I injured my foot in the fall. It is a miserable condition to deal with but these are an absolute game changer. Wear them under your shocks and it takes away a lot of discomfort and pain. My only complaint is that they really dont dit well in tighter fitting shoes. They may create more pressure. But if you can couple these with the right shoes I feel they will make a huge difference in your life. They can also be worn without socks to make a little more room in your shoes. Coupled with an ankle brace there would be almost no need for a sock if your condition called for this. I will be buying more. These would also be great for adding cushions to basketball shoes but in-turn make also force the heal slip players dread in shoes.

They weren't big enough even they were the largest supplied and uncomfortable around the toe to keep it in place.
