They fit as expected, and if you have muscular legs (I play tennis) they are not too big around the thighs, but they don't cut in either. Well-constructed, good quality. Back pockets are high enough so when you put your phone in them you don't sit on top of it. Deep enough for my iPhone 5c, but probably not deep enough for the 6.

I know these are called Boyfriend shorts, but the leg opening is so big, I could get two legs through. Roll them down and they look like a skirt! They are not flattering at all and therefore are not comfortable at all. I returned them.

Nice fitting shorts, not too long and not too short.
