This wheel is actually rather nice. It’s not on par with a Logitech or Thrustmaster setup of course, but it has a surprising amount of software customization and reprogramming of buttons available. Sadly, Mario Kart doesn’t work well with this wheel, or any wheel to be honest. It’s too fast paced and arcade-y to not just be hampered by all the functionality. If you really want a wheel stick with your joycon in a little holder. However - as a middle aged retrogame enthusiast who uses my son’s switch for games older than him, this wheel is *fantastic* with Virtua Racing and Outrun; both available via Sega Ages on eshop*. Just make sure you toy with the sensitivity settings on a per game basis. I’d never really given either game a try before and I fell in love with both using this wheel. And it’ll work as a PC wheel in a pinch too. *In fact, every Sega Ages release on eshop is worth having. They are universally fantastic ports with quality of life upgrades.

Looking to buy a steering wheel for your gameplay? This is a really good option. I plugged it into my Switch to play Mario Kart, and it worked like a charm! You can also plug this in your pc and it will register your controller for Steam. Takes a bit to setup, but another fun way to play your games.

Vroom Vroom! We got this to play Mario Kart World on the Switch 2 and my wife is now beating us handily with this steering wheel! Setting it up is a bit more involved, though not complicated (need to get the button sequences correctly) and using it to move around menus etc is a bit cumbersome (some buttons don't work as expected) but overall a great experience!

This wheel is a much needed addition to the Switch - let's face it, those ring wheel things are just silly - and it is well constructed, with a robust arcade quality feel. NOTE: To get the most out of the Hori Deluxe Pro, you will need a stable, heavy desk and to which you must clamp the wheel using the provided bits and bobs. The suckers are not enough alone: you'll end up shifting the position of the wheel around the desk during the tense parts of the game and you have to try to steer and push down at the same time to avoid this happening. But with the clamp in place, it's rock solid, you can take on any hairpin curves and it won't budge. I bought it mostly for Out Run and Mario Kart and it works brilliantly with both of them. We have two wheels (two Switches) and using the wheel for Mario Kart really levels the playing field. It's challenging, but in a fun way. The pedals could be a little bit further apart (and different in design) but they work fine. Just make sure you pull the footrest/grip out on the pedal unit or it will never stay in place. With the Switch having the definitive home version of Out Run, the Hori wheel gives you as close as you're gonna get to an arcade experience in your basement. The wheel gives much needed extra precision for weaving through traffic, something that is hard to do on the joypads. The wheel works perfectly out of the box with the two games I have tried, although I recommend increasing the sensitivity by one step and reducing the dead zone by two steps. Lo he comprado a 63€ lo cual agradezco ya que es precio aprox de controlador PRO de la Switch o joycons, funciona perfectamente con el juego al cual va destinado, Mario Kart de la Switch, por lo demás por el precio que lo he comprado más que satisfecha ya que lo veo un dispositivo frágil a nivel de durabilidad, sobre todo las palanquitas rollo intermitente, da la sensación de que se pueden partir fácilmente. Tiene buen tacto y calidad el volante en si, personalizable y el agarre que trae es perfecto para la mesa, aguanta perfecto. Compatible con PC. Negativo: (Lo mismo que otro comprador opina) + No vibra ni da sensación de fuerza. La sujeción por ventosas no sirve. Los pedales no son de buena calidad y se deslizan. Las palancas de los intermitentes se ven super frágiles.
