It is very easy to use tea leaves, easy to clean and pours very well, no dribbling. The tea tastes excellent. A little difficult for just one cup but great for any other quantity.

This looks great, holds loads, easy to clean. I drink various types loose leaf tea and it is really easy to take the diffuser out so you can control the strength of the tea. Cant recommend highly enough

One of the key claims in the description is the infuser reaches to the bottom of the pot so you can make even the smallest amount of tea. This is just not true. The first mug of water (8 UK floz 250ml) is completely below the infuser level. If you add another mug of water you cover only the bottom 1/2" (10mm) or so of infuser holes, which isn't going to allow for much brewing after the initial pour. After a third mugful we're getting somewhere, but a fourth mug brings the water level up to just below the bottom of the spout which is kind of the limit.I quite like the style - it looks like a lab technician knocked it up out of glassware on a quiet afternoon, but if you want to make small volumes you're going to have to ditch the infuser and get a normal tea strainer.

The only problem I've had with this item when you put water in to clean it the infuser falls out apart from that it's brilliant
