Over happy and better than expected ! Love this laptop so much and it is so fast and works brilliantly , I couldn't be happier , it has so far surpassed my expectations. I had other brands in the past and they are not great long term or short term , lots of inherent constant problems with them . I had an issue in the beginning with the keyboard light , I contacted Ayoo directly , bypassing amazon , by doing this I got immediate help and the communication was fantastic , helpful and friendly . They sorted my issues immediately , I contacted them using the product support link on your order page . Good after care support from Ayoo. I have had this laptop a few months now and it is going great with no problems , fast connections and everything works like a dream . I was so dubious to start with because it was so cheap and thought this was too good to be true and some reviews are not great but I am absolutely amazed and happy I chose this laptop and this company to purchase from , very reliable, I would definitely buy from them again and stick with HP brand . Very happy !

This HP laptop is easy to use and performs very well. The screen size and the brightness (once adjusted) are perfect for me. All features including WiFi and internet access work perfectly. The battery tends to run down more quickly than I would like.

False advertising - no touchscreen, finger reader and is remanufactured which was not on advert. Customer services for both Amazon and Ayoo Renewed Laptops just blamed one another. Wasted so much of my time plus cost me
